A single GID model built on Firestore enables cross-sector and cross-location collaboration. No orphaned records. No stitched-together silos. Every action traceable to a verified identity.

We automate only after intake and routing are correct, traceable, and stable. Vertex AI agents are deployed after the human workflow is proven — not before.
